A Word From The Director

Through all of our efforts we strive to provide enrichment, encouragement and exposure to all N.O.A.H. youth participants, enhancing their lives and helping them to become healthy, stable adults.  We maintain involvement with youth participants, implementing events that will allow these children to feel “normal” and by exposing them to the activities and opportunities that they might not otherwise encounter.  We also provide an environment where the youth will look beyond their circumstance and focus on their potential.

Each F.O.N. team member (Staff, Committee Members, Specialty Consultants and Volunteers) is totally committed to ensuring that the program expresses love, care and concern for all foster families in our care.

Although both agencies have had some great accomplishments in the past, we remain ambitious and excited about providing such an important service to our youth, family and community.
